This past weekend, The Hangover surprised many by beating Up! for the top spot on the box office charts, proving once again that America is most certainly in a bromance with drunken, dude comedies. From Will Ferrell's "Frank the Tank" in Old School to John Belushi's "Bluto" in Animal House, history has treated us to a number of memorable drunk (and funny) a#@holes. Yet, like real life, the movies have provided maybe just as many sad drunk moments as they have happy ones. The graphic below shows the range of Hollywood’s drunken emotions.
